Glenwood Farms is a local 5th generation family farm. While we specialize in bison and also have pasture raised pork. Our pastures have not had pesticides, herbicides or fertilizers applied to them for over 60 years. We sell our meat only from Ithaca Farmers Market and CNY Regional Market. Annual CSA “meet and eat,” on-request recipes, consultations with our Farm Registered Dietitian Certified in the state of NY, on-farm tour to feed the bison on the tractors for “Lead Bull” Members.

Gridley Hollow Honey was founded in 1989. We are a family owned and operated farm nestled in a peaceful valley beneath Virgil Mountain in Upstate New York. Our bees visit wildflowers that are fueled by abundant sunshine and pure mountain water, to produce a healthy and flavorful product. Using sustainable methods, our bees make some of the finest artisanal honey in the world. We invite you to taste the difference! Raw, pesticide free honey, strained liquid honey, comb honey, beeswax, beeswax candles. Retail farm stand open year around, wholesale sales from producer. Our products can also be found at Hollenbecks Cider Mill and The Local Food Market in Cortland.

We raise a small flock Registered and unregistered Shetland sheep, chickens, and ducks alongside our children and strive to become as self-sufficient as possible through animal husbandry, gardening, forestry, and hunting. In raising our sheep, we strive for friendly disposition with lovely fiber in a range of color and patterns that only Shetlands can provide.
