Ryan William Vineyard at the Tasting Barn is located on the Seneca Lake Wine Trail in the Finger Lakes (FLX) of central New York State, minutes from Watkins Glen, the town of Hector, and the village of Burdett. Historically, farmers have been the lifeblood of our nation in good times and bad. With this in mind, we are committed to bringing you local items grown and produced on our farm as well as on our neighbors'. In addition to implementing curbside pick up and free delivery of our wines, we have created a new rotating à la carte menu and "meal kit." These menus were designed to help feed you and your family. We have also partnered with Upper 76 Cattle and other small producers to design our "Barn Box" - a CSA inspired weekly selection of food items, which can be picked up at The Tasting Barn. There is no seasonal commitment and items in the Barn Box change weekly.

Wood-fired small batch Pure NY State maple syrup proudly produced in a rustic setting using traditional methods. Located in Enfield, NY just 10 minutes west of Ithaca on NY Rt. 79, Sapsquatch is a local favorite. Tours, educational opportunities and work trade available. In 2020, we will be hosting the Sapsquatch Sessions featuring food, live music and theater. Sober Shuttles from downtown Ithaca will be available!

About Us
Schoolyard Sugarbush is a family owned and operated maple business located on 41-A in the small town of New Hope, NY. Located 11 miles south of Skaneateles on the southwest end of the lake. This family operation has been making and selling maple syrup for four generations and the lessons and work ethic learned from their ancestors are extremely important to them today. Though much has changed in the process over the last two decades the aroma and flavor remain the same in their great maple products. Products available through direct sales, an online store, and from the Ithaca Farmers Market.
