Van Noble Farm is a pasture-based hog farm in Trumansburg, New York. We specialize in providing a truly local pig roast and the delicious locally sourced sides to go along with it! Not only do we raise all of our own pigs at the farm in Trumansburg, but we are committed to bringing this quality to the entire meal. We work closely with friends at neighboring farms to provide as much of the produce, herbs, and fruit and can ensure that your meal captures the flavors of the Finger Lakes! Choose from our full catering menu (sides, salad, bread, and condiments), Colombian style buffet, or add a sandwich bar or taco bar for a more casual meal. We also offer a sausage bar add-on: smoked Van Noble Farm sausages with all of the fixings. Chicken, lamb, and vegetarian options available! Don’t see what you are looking for?
