About Us
Our goals here at Tremblay Apiaries LLC are threefold:
- To do the best job possible in caring for the bees and their environment. Animal husbandry is a 24/7 occupation and an enormous responsibility. Make no mistake, if it weren't for the beekeeper hovering over his hives, most of them would perish within a relatively short period. That is particularly true these days with two parasitic mites to deal with, plus antibiotic resistant foulbrood diseases, hungry bears, and the changing environment.
- To consistently produce the finest, most natural products we can harvest from the bees. To add value where possible and package and deliver the products to you in good order.
- To provide Customer Satisfaction. Without you, there is no business. If you are happy with our products, tell your friends. If you are dissatisfied, tell us and we will make every effort to solve the problem.
This is a small company. We sell what we can produce. Occasionally we run out of items, especially when Mother Nature only provides limited quantities. Sometimes we get behind on making the value added products, particularly during the zenith of the beekeeping season when we are out in the field day after day. Please be patient during these times. We will get it done as soon as possible, just remember the bees have to come first.
You may have noticed our new labels. We had some trouble with folks selling their honey with labels similar to ours in the same markets. So we took the plunge and made up our own design. Hope you like them!We try to be as careful as possible at all stages of preparation and shipping. Everything we sell is home-made. Some folks find this quaintness rather attractive.
We hope you will too! Thanks in advance for your consideration.

About Us
Trinity Valley is a fourth-generation family farm in the beautiful valley of East Homer, about 30 minutes from the city of Syracuse. Its idyllic rolling hills and valleys suggest pastures of yesteryear. In 2013, they turned a sweet corn field into a milk production facility and general store that sells local honey, maple syrup, seasonal produce, grass-fed beef, baked goods and more. Their farm is small and independent, bottles its milk onsite for our Trinity Valley brand. They are excited to bring to New York fresh, natural milk from a humble jug, cheese curds and made from scratch baked goods
Maybe you grew up thinking homogenized milk is a good thing. Ours is pasteurized and bottled at Trinity Valley, but it is non-homogenized meaning straight from the cow. And for a good reason: so your body can digest the cream and use the fat for energy and nutrients.
Ours is not raw milk, however. What we do sell is Grade A, low temperature pasteurized milk. Plus, our low-temperature pasteurization process, ensures that our milk is safe and doesn’t destroy enzymes needed for digestion. What you get is milk straight from our cow milk bottled on the farm and sold directly to customers within a matter of days, sometimes less.

About Us
Feeding the Ithaca community the most beautiful, delicious and nutritious certified organic fruits and vegetables (including microgreens and peaches)! West Haven Farm was started by John and Jen Bokaer-Smith in 1992. This 10 acre farm is Certified Organic by NOFA-NY Certified Organic, LLC, and is located on a beautiful hill two miles from downtown Ithaca, NY on the land of EcoVillage at Ithaca.
All produce is marketed directly to consumers through the Ithaca Farmers' Market, local stores and restaurants. They also have Ithaca's longest running Community Supported Agriculture program (since 1992), but we are taking a break from the CSA for 2017 to focus on soil building and farm improvements. Check their website for news on their CSA!
Being so close to Ithaca allows them to provide a multitude of educational experiences on the farm, and we regularly host tours of school children, college students, and local, regional, and international farmers.

About Us
Founded Wildflower Farm to continue a family tradition of farming and contribute to local and sustainable food production in the families native Fingerlakes Region of New York. Raising belted Galloway cattle, a heritage breed known for excellent marbling and flavor and especially well-suited for finishing on pasture. The animals live outdoors year-round with free access to shelter. During the growing season they eat only pasture forages, and during winter months they are fed local hay. They use no growth hormones or routine antibiotics in our meat production. The animals are processed at nearby Schrader Farms, a modern, USDA inspected and animal welfare certified slaughterhouse in Romulus NY. This all results in healthy animals and delicious meat.
